Ce colloque rassemblait une centaine de participants, repr\u00e9sentants les communes et cpas de la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale. Le sujet abord\u00e9 par les avocats de RESOLVED concernait les conditions dans lesquelles un pouvoir adjudicateur local peut faire appel \u00e0 une centrale d\u2019achats pour g\u00e9rer ses march\u00e9s et les conditions dans lesquelles des march\u00e9s publics subs\u00e9quents peuvent \u00eatre pass\u00e9s par ces pouvoirs locaux, suite aux accords-cadres pass\u00e9s par les centrales d\u2019achat.
