Ceci s\u2019applique quel que soit le montant de la cr\u00e9ance due. Cela vaut \u00e9galement en march\u00e9s publics et permet \u00e0 un adjudicataire dont les factures sont impay\u00e9es de r\u00e9clamer ce forfait pour chaque montant impay\u00e9 et non pas une seule fois pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019arri\u00e9r\u00e9.
