En permettant \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 intervenante de ne pas fournir de prix unitaire pour ces prestations compl\u00e9mentaires, alors que d’autres soumissionnaires se sont efforc\u00e9s, dans le respect du cahier sp\u00e9cial des charges, de proposer un prix unitaire comp\u00e9titif pour ces m\u00eames prestations, le pouvoir adjudicateur a rendu impossible toute comparaison utile des offres au regard du crit\u00e8re d’attribution \u00ab\u00a0prix\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
