Une telle mention ne suffit \u00e9videmment pas \u00e0 justifier que, sur la base de cette seule consid\u00e9ration, le pouvoir adjudicateur a pu, sans plus, consid\u00e9rer qu’il disposait d’un \u00e9l\u00e9ment suffisamment probant que pour d\u00e9cider de ne pas inviter le soumissionnaire \u00e0 fournir les justifications n\u00e9cessaires comme pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l’article 21, \u00a73, alin\u00e9as 2 et 4 de l’arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 15 juillet 2011.
