S’agissant de la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9cision, elle doit \u00eatre tenue pour inop\u00e9rante d\u00e8s lors que le pouvoir adjudicateur ne s’est pas born\u00e9 \u00e0 admettre, sans plus, la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux prix de sous-traitants, mais a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que ces prix permettaient de couvrir les prestations demand\u00e9es. En ce qui concerne la deuxi\u00e8me pr\u00e9cision, la confirmation, apport\u00e9e par le pouvoir adjudicateur pour admettre leur normalit\u00e9, de ce que les prix propos\u00e9s couvraient les prestations demand\u00e9es n’atteste \u00e0 elle seule, prima facie, ni une erreur manifeste d’appr\u00e9ciation, ni une m\u00e9connaissance manifeste du devoir de minutie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
