Le pouvoir adjudicateur qui attribue un tel march\u00e9 par adjudication dispose d’un pouvoir d’appr\u00e9ciation pour fixer les crit\u00e8res qui lui permettent de d\u00e9terminer l’offre la plus basse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
