Ainsi que le fait appara\u00eetre la mention du num\u00e9ro de la nomenclature C.P.V. 79418000 dans l’avis publi\u00e9 au Bulletin des adjudications, elles rel\u00e8vent des services vis\u00e9s, sous la cat\u00e9gorie 11 \u00ab\u00a0Services de conseil en gestion et services connexes\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 l’annexe II A \u00e0 la loi du 15 juin 2006 pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e. En outre, le caract\u00e8re on\u00e9reux du contrat en vertu duquel ces prestations doivent \u00eatre fournies n’est pas contestable, d\u00e8s lors qu’en accordant au prestataire l’avantage – m\u00eame partiel – de ristournes dont elle aurait, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 sur les commandes de denr\u00e9es alimentaires, l’autorit\u00e9 adjudicatrice se prive de ressources qui auraient vraisemblablement pu lui \u00eatre acquises.
