Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’article 84 de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux march\u00e9s publics, le pouvoir adjudicateur doit proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification des prix et des co\u00fbts. Le but de la v\u00e9rification est de rechercher d’\u00e9ventuels prix anormaux. L’objectif est double\u00a0: d’une part, prot\u00e9ger l’adjudicateur en lui donnant le moyen de s’assurer que le prix offert par les soumissionnaires permet r\u00e9ellement d’ex\u00e9cuter les obligations qui d\u00e9coulent du cahier sp\u00e9cial des charges ; d’autre part, prot\u00e9ger les exigences d’une saine concurrence. L’adjudicateur dispose d’une large marge d’appr\u00e9ciation dans le cadre de la v\u00e9rification des prix tant pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le des prix que pour d\u00e9terminer ceux \u00e0 propos desquels il estime opportun de solliciter des justifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
