Ne sont en revanche pas retenues la bonne connaissance du site et l’ampleur du chantier. Il n’y a d\u00e8s lors pas lieu d’examiner si et dans quelle mesure ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont de nature \u00e0 justifier le prix global de l’offre concern\u00e9e. S’il n’est pas invraisemblable que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de justification du prix global tenant \u00e0 la proximit\u00e9 de l’entreprise et \u00e0 la circonstance que des installations de production font partiellement ou totalement partie du groupement puissent \u00eatre de nature \u00e0 r\u00e9duire certains frais, il n’en demeure pas moins que la seule all\u00e9gation de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, qui ne se traduit en chiffres ni dans la motivation ni d’une mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique dans les pi\u00e8ces du dossier, para\u00eet insuffisante pour justifier la normalit\u00e9 du prix global.
