La consid\u00e9ration selon laquelle le soumissionnaire a r\u00e9pondu par courrier recommand\u00e9 et qu’il ressort des indications fournies que les prix unitaires ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme anormaux ne rend pas compte des consid\u00e9rations qui ont d\u00e9termin\u00e9 le pouvoir adjudicateur \u00e0 admettre la normalit\u00e9 des prix unitaires concern\u00e9s. Le pouvoir adjudicateur est tenu \u00e0 cette obligation de motivation formelle, et ce m\u00eame si le soumissionnaire est interrog\u00e9 dans le cadre de la phase de v\u00e9rification de prix organis\u00e9e par l’article 35 de l’arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 18 avril 2017.
