Si un pouvoir adjudicateur ne proc\u00e8de pas \u00e0 cette v\u00e9rification, il ne peut attribuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le march\u00e9 concern\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun soumissionnaire. C’est en vain que le pouvoir adjudicateur soutient que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 requ\u00e9rante ne d\u00e9montre pas que les prix propos\u00e9s par les autres soumissionnaires seraient anormalement bas ou \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Il revient, en premier lieu, au pouvoir adjudicateur d’effectuer un contr\u00f4le de la normalit\u00e9 des prix, qui soit conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
