La lecture du rapport d’analyse des offres permet de rendre compte de la mani\u00e8re dont le pouvoir adjudicateur a examin\u00e9 les modifications de quantit\u00e9s du m\u00e9tr\u00e9 propos\u00e9es par les soumissionnaires. Dans un premier temps, elle a qualifi\u00e9 d’ \u00ab\u00a0erreur mat\u00e9rielle (purement formelle)\u00a0\u00bb les modifications apport\u00e9es directement dans le m\u00e9tr\u00e9 par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 choisie et proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la rectification de cette erreur en application de l’article 34, paragraphe 2, de l’arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 18 avril 2017. Elle a ensuite examin\u00e9 les erreurs de quantit\u00e9s forfaitaires et pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es par les soumissionnaires dans leurs notes jointes \u00e0 leurs BAFO, en application du cahier sp\u00e9cial des charges et, pour lui donner un effet utile, a valid\u00e9, apr\u00e8s les avoir contr\u00f4l\u00e9es, certaines de ces modifications en y appliquant le dispositif de l’article 86 de l’arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 18 avril 2017. Par cons\u00e9quent, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 requ\u00e9rante est parfaitement en mesure de comprendre les motifs pour lesquels l’offre de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 choisie n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9e pour cause d’irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 ainsi que le raisonnement suivi par le pouvoir adjudicateur pour valider, dans un second temps, certaines modifications de quantit\u00e9s du m\u00e9tr\u00e9 propos\u00e9es par les deux soumissionnaires.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
