D\u00e8s que le sous-crit\u00e8re d’attribution \u00ab\u00a0Qualit\u00e9 de l’organisation de la campagne de la vaccination de la grippe\u00a0\u00bb est formul\u00e9 et mis en oeuvre par le pouvoir adjudicateur d’une mani\u00e8re telle que tous les soumissionnaires n’ont pu l’interpr\u00e9ter de fa\u00e7on identique et ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des offres \u00e0 ce point diff\u00e9rentes qu’elles ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre compar\u00e9es correctement, le moyen pris de la violation de l’article 81 de la loi du 17 juin 2016 est s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
