Il en va ainsi en particulier d’un planning lorsque le pouvoir adjudicateur demande aux soumissionnaires d’expliquer concr\u00e8tement la mani\u00e8re dont ils envisagent l’ex\u00e9cution de leur offre. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, ce n’est pas parce qu’un seul soumissionnaire a pens\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer certaines solutions, que les autres n’auraient pas pu en faire autant.
