Le point 5 du cahier des charges, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9utilisation de documents et\/ou de renseignements fournis ant\u00e9rieurement\u00a0\u00bb, inspir\u00e9 de l’article 73, paragraphe 4, alin\u00e9a 2, de la loi du 17 juin 2016, ne dispense pas les soumissionnaires de joindre le DUME \u00e0 leur offre. Il leur permet, en cas de v\u00e9rification op\u00e9r\u00e9e en application de l’article 73, paragraphe 3, de la loi du 17 juin 2016, de se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux documents justificatifs \u00ab\u00a0sous-jacents\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9j\u00e0 fournis dans le cadre d’un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent march\u00e9.
