Les \u00ab travaux d’am\u00e9nagement de cours d’eau \u00bb vis\u00e9s par le crit\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection peuvent par cons\u00e9quent, d’apr\u00e8s leur sens courant, \u00eatre raisonnablement appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s comme visant des op\u00e9rations qui modifient ou transforment le mouvement ou le trajet d’une rivi\u00e8re. Si de tels travaux peuvent, selon cette notion courante, inclure des am\u00e9nagements des abords ou des rives et donc concerner le lit sup\u00e9rieur de la rivi\u00e8re, voire son niveau moyen par la cr\u00e9ation d’une risberme, ils ne peuvent avoir ce seul objet et se limiter exclusivement \u00e0 l’am\u00e9nagement de la partie non immerg\u00e9e des berges ou des abords de la rivi\u00e8re.
