En prenant contact avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 requ\u00e9rante, le pouvoir adjudicateur n’a pas exc\u00e9d\u00e9 la facult\u00e9 que lui laisse l’article 66, \u00a7 3, de la loi du 17 juin 2016.
