Le pouvoir adjudicateur a, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l’article 52, paragraphe 1er, de la loi du 17 juin 2016, bien pris les mesures appropri\u00e9es pour veiller \u00e0 ce que la concurrence ne soit pas fauss\u00e9e en partageant toutes les informations utiles entre tous les soumissionnaires et en fixant des d\u00e9lais ad\u00e9quats pour la r\u00e9ception des offres. Les soumissionnaires ont pu poser toutes les questions qu’ils souhaitaient lors de la pr\u00e9paration de leurs offres, pour clarifier, s’ils l’estimaient n\u00e9cessaire, les besoins d\u00e9finis dans les clauses techniques du cahier sp\u00e9cial des charges. Le pouvoir adjudicateur a communiqu\u00e9, \u00e0 tous les soumissionnaires, les r\u00e9ponses aux diff\u00e9rentes questions pos\u00e9es. Ceux-ci ont encore pu clarifier leurs offres lors de la d\u00e9fense orale organis\u00e9e par le pouvoir adjudicateur.
