A d\u00e9faut d’annonce dans les documents du march\u00e9, il n’est pas interdit \u00e0 une autorit\u00e9 adjudicatrice de sp\u00e9cifier plus en d\u00e9tail un crit\u00e8re pr\u00e9alablement port\u00e9 \u00e0 la connaissance des soumissionnaires et de lui accorder une pond\u00e9ration.
